- Responsibilities:
•
Bookkeeping: Invoicing, Accounts Payable data input,
Accounts Receivable follow-up, data entry and clean-up in company's asset
inventory system
•
Support for human resources in regard to
daily input of attendance and project assignments for field workers
•
Provide assistance with purchase order
creation/management and management of office supplies.
•
Track the shipment and handle all shipping
documentations
•
Manage of executive calendar and travel
arrangements
•
Special projects as need arises
2. Skills and Qualifications
- Must
•
Bachelor's Degree
•
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
Power point)
•
Work Authorization in U.S.A
•
Positive attitude with a growth mindset
•
Ability to multi-task in a busy office
environment
•
Bilingual in English with excellent verbal
and written skills and Korean
•
Excellent skills in time management,
prioritization, judgment, teamwork and organization skills
- Plus
Some familiarity with
QuickBooks
