# Ensures successful project management in cooperation with the project manager from the HQ in order to achieve the contractually agreed project goals using the necessary resources

상세내용

[업무내용]

# Project follow-up and reporting. Central technical contact for the customer with regard to all technical and organizational project aspects, as well as management of customer relationships.
# Interface to the technical and possibly commercial project management in the HQ.
# The technical and commercial project responsibility remains in the HQ, whereby the opinion or recommendation of the local project coordinator should be seriously taken into account when making the decision.
# Support of the project management in the HQ in monitoring the project risks along the project milestones; Identifying and analyzing the risks as well as designing, working out, implementing and monitoring appropriate (counter) measures and coordinating communication with the customer.
# Support in monitoring and controlling the schedule changes, as well as their influencing factors.
# Support of HQ PM in carrying out customer support for engine acceptance tests (FAT)
# Support of the HQ PM in the coordination of personnel assignments at the shipyards with internal and external partners.
# Support the HQ PM in claim management & lead the final negotiations in the project.
# HQ-built Medium & high Speed (4stroke) engines sales and promotion support to Korean customers. This includes organizing customer events and technical seminars.

[요건]

# University degree or equivalent in Engineering discipline.
# Approx. 4-6 years of related experience in project management, project coordination, sales, sales support, account management.
# Good Knowledge and experience of projects and contracts management.
# Decent technical knowledge of 4 stroke Diesel/Gas engines for ships.
# Experience of management and application engineering of 4 stroke Diesel/Gas engines preferred.
# Good presentation and reporting skills (English)
# Good communication skills with HQ project managers, clients, subcontractors and counter partners in/outside of Korea.
# Prepared to travel and work under unfamiliar conditions.
# Advanced analytical thinking, independent, punctual, resolute, hands-on mentality, can handle stress and difficult situations in a calm manner.
