The role

ㆍA Power BI analyst as part of the Corporate Global Sales Operation team is required to work for a leading semiconductor equipment company based in Dongtan, Korea. The Power BI Specialist will design, build, and deploy business intelligence reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.

Key Accountabilities
ㆍDevelop and Design operational reports and perform analysis, design, and prototype BI solutions for forecast accuracy and management team’s decision making.
ㆍUnderstand business requirements and work closely with department leaders to address full cycle needs from analytics and dashboard framework using Power BI.
ㆍMeet deadlines for all reports deliverable with speed and accuracy; publishing weekly and monthly sales review meeting and escalate the issue and provide the guidance and solution.
ㆍSupport to drive Field Sales organization to meet the forecast, and to communicate with function groups including BUs, FEMS, and Finance accordingly to make the numbers.

Skills Knowledge and experience

ㆍStrong analytical and problem solving skills.
ㆍAction focused and result oriented with proactive communication skill.

ㆍResilient and ability to work under pressure.

ㆍAdvanced communication skills catered to a wide variety of audiences. (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English.

ㆍMust have strong experience in utilizing tools and systems including Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint

ㆍAbility to quickly stage & shape data from data sources into reporting and analytics solutions

ㆍDeep understanding of database fundamentals, including relational database design, multidimensional database design
ㆍDegree in Industrial Engineering, or Business Management preferred
ㆍFluent in English and Korean. Native speaker preferred
