Business analysis and campaign planning for CS business and CSI (PC+VAN) − Wholesale/retail business analysis and campaign planning • Analyze business status through wholesale and retail business data and extracting insights for business improvement • Plan actionable wholesale/retail campaigns based on the derived insights • Define the contents necessary for campaign execution, such as campaign target, period, and required budget − Campaign execution preparation and results analysis • Discuss the contents necessary for campaign planning with internal/external stakeholders • Write campaign proposals and go through the internal approval process • Communicate approved campaign contents with internal and external stakeholders necessary for campaign execution • Prepare and execute promotional materials, CRM, etc. for campaign • Create a report on the campaign results and analyze the effectiveness of the campaign • Create lessons learned for the next campaign according to the derived campaign results, and communicate with dealers who are not effective in the campaign • Proceed with necessary procedures such as settlement with the dealer and internal approval after the campaign Digital KPI/CSI improvement strategy design and dealer steering (PC+VAN) − Improvement strategy design • Regularly create digital and CSI KPI reports, monitor and analyze KPIs • Discover insights through report analysis, establish strategies for KPI improvement • Discuss improvement plans and action items with relevant stakeholders • Share and communicate improvement results with relevant stakeholders • Have monthly and quarterly performance meeting with internal stakeholders to present the status of target and KPI achievements − Dealer Steering • Analyze KPIs by dealer and service center level and communicates with dealers to improve KPIs • Develop dealer motivation programs and incentive scheme • Plan dealer motivation programs and go through the necessary procedures for internal approval, and execute • Organize and settle the results after the motivation programs for dealers Retail consulting for retail business improvements (PC+VAN) • Select dealers who need improvement of KPIs, analyze the current status of dealers, and organize consulting materials • Consult with dealers and improve results through continuous consulting and monitoring program • Share and communicate improvement results with relevant stakeholders • Find an appropriate consulting company and provide consulting to dealers by guiding consulting companies according to the purpose • Manage consulting companies and perform tasks necessary to work with a consulting companies

Minimum 7 years business experience with at
least 3 years’ experience at automobile After-Sales business planning areas or
Business Consulting areas with project management position

Business Planning, Business Analysis and Campaign Steering
