Role Mission:
|
The primary role of Admin Assistant will be involved in all the HR
function duties, including of payroll, recruitment, C&B, and HR system
and service support. This role will provide the HR support to the business as
one of the contact windows and support the country GM as an executive
assistant.

1. HR Admin
|

Assist recruitment process
which includes shortlisting of candidates, liaising with hiring managers,
coordination of candidates on the interview schedules, booking of meeting
rooms and making offers to candidates. Assistance in other recruitment
related matters is also required.

Administer and maintain
documentation and HR System. Generate weekly working hours report on a timely
basis and liaise with relevant parties.

Expense management, tracking
report, Concur, PR submission.

Create HR newsletter contents
by quarter.

Collaborate with Crocs United
to create annual plans on employee activities and workshops.

Operate C&B programs.

2. Executive Assistant & Office management
|

Maintain calendar for GM
including scheduling and setting meetings that are internally and externally
across different regions and time zones.

Combine Weekly report, AOP/LE
report, Action log.

Correspond with EAs in other
countries.

Coordinate all international
travels such as booking a flight, accommodation and arranging pick-up and
return service, visa application.

Tidy up the Canteen, OA, Mail
room, common areas. Maintain office supplies.

3. Ad hoc

- Participate in regional/global project if any

Job Requirements:
|
Education
|
- Degree in Business Administration/Management/HR or its
equivalent
- Relevant system qualifications/certifications are a plus
- Overseas education is an advantage
|
Experience
|
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in the retail
industry
- SAP User, work experience at FMCG is a plus
|
Knowledge & Skillset
|
- Good written and spoken English
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel and
PowerPoint
- Service-oriented with strong responsibility
- Flexible and able to multi-task and take on new HR
initiatives/projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a cross-functional, global
team environment
