Product Owner(Growth Hacker) 1명

We are looking for a talented Growth Hacker (Product Owner) to lead our AI product.

Job Description
- Planning product roadmaps, and creating requirements documents
- Planning product release plans and to set the expectation for the delivery of new features
- Managing the overall process from planning to release
- Derive and apply product direction based on customer pain points (for prospective users and clients), market status, competitor analyses, technology trend analyses, etc
- Prioritize and improve our product based on market analysis and business strategies
- Proceed with hypothesis formulation and validation, including data collection, design and A/B testing
- Turns data insights from data analysis, user feedback, user interviews, etc. into product features with actionable outcomes to the last customer
- Monitoring and extracting product key metrics using analysis tools

Required Qualifications
- 3 - 4 years of product owner / manager experience related to SaaS, B2B, Global Service products
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Overall understanding of development, design, marketing, and business
- Have experience in data-driven decision making, and the ability to analyze data
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics and technologies
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
- A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners & stakeholders to drive collaboration and concordance
- High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability

Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience working in a start-up
- Have experience in AI and Blockchain related projects
- Have strong interests in new technology
- Have a Bachelor’s in computer science, engineering or related fields
