Job Purpose
This role involves an
integrated and strategic approach to planning and executing digital marketing
activities for ASICS brand. Digital
marketing specialist is the most important goal to provide sufficient pay
sessions to achieve this commerce sales goal.
In accordance with the Digital Marketing
Manager's guide, appropriate advertising media should be selected and budgeted
effectively with outsourced marketing agencies.
The monitored
results need to be frequently shared with the digital marketing manager and
related teams, and the advertising portfolio shuld be continuously managed to
maximize the results.
The main responsibilities
are managing performance marketing for all necessary business activities.
Digital Marketing specialist works in a strong operational relationship and
alignment with relevant team and fully support to the Digital Marketing Manager
for efficient work process.
2. Position in the organization
Digital Marketing Specialist
reports to the Digital Marketing Manager.
3. Core Skillsets/Knowledge
Experience with Google Analytics and ability to gauge
ads and site performance success/issues through data
Knowledge and experience of retargeting
and ability to utilize it to grow leads and conversions
Ability to develop digital
marketing plan and calendar
Ability to work closely with outsourcing
marketing agency to ensure ads are effective and drive results
Perform extensive keyword research for
existing product categories as well as seasonal campaigns
Set up and
execute SA & DA (Naver, Kakao, Criteo, Google, Paid Social)
Able to
utilize UTM parameters to track digital marketing initiatives
Perform planning and implementation of
all digital marketing activities via various marketing platforms and report
marketing KPIs including key metrics (Sales, CVR, Session, Bounce rate, etc.)
from GA (Google Analytics) to the Director

Overall Job Responsibilities
Execute all digital marketing activities
such as Google Display Network, Viral marketing, Retargeting, SEO, Paid search,
local market campaigns to meet core KPIs such as Revenue, Session, CVR and etc.
Evaluate the performance of digital
marketing activities and platforms against goals and generate new insights to
further improve on the effectiveness
Implement specific marketing activities
for mobile devices
Identify and explore new digital
marketing opportunities to maximize sales
Work and coordinate with the wide range
of stakeholders inside and outside
Reporting: Measure and report
performance of campaigns, and assess against goals
Conduct market research and competitor
analysis
Affiliate
marketing plan planning and operation to get new users and sessions
5. Job requirements
Knowledge and
experience
3+ year e-commerce
marketing, digital marketing or related experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of
experience in Google Analytics, Google search console, Google tag manager, SEO,
SEM and e-Commerce platform.
Self-motivated, tenacious
and target driven
Fluent in Korean language and working command of
English language
Team Player with positive learning
attitude, yet independent with great initiative
Able to multi-task and handle pressure
in a very fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills, meticulous
with an eye for detail
