주요업무

Your Responsibilities:
· You provide 1st level application support to our Customers
· You analyze data and work on support tickets
· You interface to the 2nd level support in Vienna
· You participate in application-related tasks during preventive maintenance

Your Qualifications:
· You have completed a higher technical or scientific degree (e.g. physics, chemistry, electrical engineering)
· You are an analytical and organized problem-solver
· You are able to document and convey complex technical content
· You are able to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing
· Willingness to Travel to Austria or other countries for training up to 2 month / year
· Previous knowledge of relevant fields, such as photomasks, e-beams, data analysis or python programming will be considered favorable
