-          Perform as a project procurement manager for local project – PPS, PPP preparation.

-          Responsible for response to global inquiries.

-          Regular purchasing activities like inquiry preparation, offer evaluation, bid tabulation, purchase order preparation and issue.

-          Regular update of purchasing tools & systems (i.e. SAP-MM, SRM, etc.)

-          Maintain vendor and cost database.

-          Assistance to Lead Buyers in negotiations.

-          Co-ordinate all queries for the supplier and organize bid clarifications. Initiate supplier qualifications & supplier rating process, if applicable.

-          Prepare close-out of PO.

-          Expedite order confirmation.

-          Regular desk and field expediting activities.

-          Expedite progress report and schedule, review progress reports, evaluate schedule and monitor adherence to the schedule, visit suppliers to verify progress, issue supplier visit report, Initiate and follow-up corrective actions, highlight delays, release readiness to shipment to logistics.

-          Transfer relevant data for InEx planning into SAP.

-          Participate in supplier ratings.

-          Preparation of input for proposals for items of high/medium complexity.

-          Maintain vendor relations.

-          Reporting vendor progress to PPM/Projects and inform PPM in particular where contractual delivery date might be jeopardized.

-          Plan and execute desk as well as field expediting as required.

-          Align vendor deliveries according to project needs / PO requirements.

-          Co-ordinate between inspection / engineering and vendors to resolve issues.

-          Several years (at least more than 4 years) relevant job experience in expediting and procurement function in Engineering Consultancy in an EPC project execution environment for large to midsize scale projects.

-          Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering or similar degrees.

-          Proficiency in MS Office.

-          Good communication skills
