[Position] Brand & Event Manager_E (마케팅, 5~7년 이상)

LEGOLAND® Korea Resort, Sales & Marketing부서에서 Brand & Event Manager를 채용합니다. 레고랜드의 브랜드 전략 수행 및 브랜드 관련 이벤트를 담당하며, 5~7년 이상의 테마파크, 호텔, 리조트 등 유관 업종의 경력자를 우대합니다. Global Stakeholder는 물론 다양한 국가의 고객들과의 Communication이 빈번하게 발생하는 포지션으로 영어 활용에 부담 없으신 분들을 선호합니다. 자세한 사항은 반드시 아래의 Job Description을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.


Position Summary:
An enthusiastic, creative, and highly organized brand and event manager responsible for planning and executing the brand events from conception to completion. Implements LEGO activations; delivers the creative and communication requirements of different divisions; plans and executes internal communication campaigns; and contributes to brand strategy and implementation.

Key Objectives:
-Deliver targeted production/events in best quality possible on time.
-Ensure agreement and related communication between all target audiences internally and externally to deliver required materials.
-Ensure events are consented internally and design the concept for visual assets and materials required for production.

Scope and Responsibilities:
1) Event Strategy and Execution (40%)
-Develop and implement compelling event strategies for maximizing brand presence in the market
-Conceive, organize and implement all aspects of the LEGOLAND® internal and external events (online and offline), including sponsored events, in accordance with the company’s goals.
-Liaise with the different departments to understand their communication and creative needs with a view to supporting them to achieve their business objectives.
-Manage all aspects of event planning, from conception to execution, ensuring each event is successful and memorable.
-Evaluate the success of each event, using insights to refine future strategies.

2) Brand Management and Development (30%)
-Drive LEGO brand activation and stay ahead of market trends.
-Manage external communications and awards upon company milestones.
-Ideation, creation, and copywriting of creative materials
-Create brand strategies and promotional activities that build customer loyalty, brand recognition, and customer satisfaction

3) Collaboration and Cross-Departmental Alignment (30%)
-Work closely with the Commercials, Operations and F&B teams to ensure brand and event strategies are fully integrated and support overall business objectives.
-Facilitate internal and external communications related to events and brand initiatives.
-Engage with external partners and vendors to create synergistic brand experiences.

Skills and Qualifications:
-Experience in a theme park, hotel, resort or attraction a plus.
-Minimum 5/7 years of event, and brand management responsibility.
-Collaborate effectively with cross-functional peers.
-Track record of exceeding commercial targets and objectives.
-Demonstrated experience managing agencies and creative development.
-Demonstrated ability to manage a large volume of work effectively and efficiently.
-Advanced computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite of projects
Desired Characteristics.
-Ability to think strategically and conceptually.
-Strong sense of visual design. Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
-Solid understanding of consumer and brand research

Education:
-A bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, business, marketing, or a closely related field (or equivalent education and experience) from a four-year college or university is required
-Language: demand to verbal and written English (Merlin, LEGO)

Work Environment:
-LLKR HQ, located in Chuncheon, Gangwon
-Relocation to Chuncheon recommended
-Gangwon-do residents preferred
