We are seeking a talented, like-minded therapists to contribute to our team and our mission of providing client-centered care. As Asana specializes in ABA services for children, candidates with experience working with children and/or clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) will be given priority.

Working Conditions

• Working days: Flexible between Monday to Saturday
• Working hours: Flexible between 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Working location: flexible online and in-person
  • Sinjang-dong, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do (5-7 minutes walk from Songtan Station, Line 1)
    
    

Responsibilities

• Provide English-language counseling and psychotherapy services for individuals
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to client care
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, progress notes, and treatment plans
• Monthly meeting with Clinical Director
  
  

Qualifications

• Ability to provide counseling in English; proficiency in additional language(s) is a plus.
• Graduate degree or higher
• Possession of relevant certifications/licensure (KCA, KRCPA, KCPA, etc.)

3. Second Interview to be held upon successful completion of first interview

아사나 상담센터는 유아와 어린이를 위한 응용 행동 분석 치료(ABA)를 전문으로 하므로 아래 사항을 우대합니다.

• 우대사항:
  • 유아 혹은 어린이와 일한 경험이 있으신 분
  • 자폐 스펙트럼 장애 (ASD) 진단을 받은 유아/어린이 혹은 그 외 내담자와 일한 경험이 있으신 분
    
    

근무 조건

• 근무 일수: 월요일부터 토요일까지, 유연근무
• 근무 시간: 오전 11:00 - 오후 8:00 사이, 유연근무
• 근무 위치: 하이브리드 근무 (사무실 내근직, 온라인)
  • 경기도 평택시 신장동 (1호선 송탄역에서 도보 5-7분)
    
    

담당업무

• 내담자에게 영어로 상담 서비스 제공
• 내담자에게 통합적이고 체계적인 케어를 제공하기 위하여 아사나 내 여러 부서와 협력
• 개별화된 치료 계획 수립
• 정확하고 가장 최신의 내담자 기록, 경과/상담 기록 및 치료 계획 관리
• Clinical Director와 월간 회의
  
  

자격요건

• 석사 학위 이상
• 영어로 상담 진행 가능; 다국어 사용 가능자 우대
• 관련 자격증/면허 소지 (KCA, KRCPA, KCPA 등)
