업무 상세 
About the position
Drive omni-channel orchestration in the affiliate and maximize the collecting meaningful Multi-channel engagement in the affiliate to impact business. Developing non-personal or digital channel strategy, as well as focusing on the operation and implementation. Localize initiatives by understanding APAC / IO strategies and communicating with various regional staffs. Engage cross function teams for enabling valuable touchpoint generation by analyzing customers’ behaviors using Artificial Intelligence.
 
The position’s key accountabilities with regard to:
•    Orchestrate omni-channel engagement for personalization approach 
•    Develop mce, channel and contents strategy to drive business impact
•    Build infrastructure to access various stakeholders to enhance customer experience   
•    People development for mce team members 
•    Execute next level IO projects related to AI and automation 
•    Lead data management in MCE to run advanced analytics by utilizing NN data lake Hackathon
 
Orchestrate multi-channel engagement for personalization approach 
•    Coordinate with BU directors and management team to implement mce initiatives to improve productivity and business impact under brand strategies  
•    Drive the tactical & strategic MCE activities with cross-functional collaboration in the affiliate to ensure alignment with the business strategy and optimal resource allocation (including: solution selection, global project implementation, global project localization, find the best third parties to collaborate, simplify the process of consent and authentication, choosing the right channel). 
•    Lead the channel strategy building in alignment with other functions and seek for endorsement of APAC/Region IO level
 
Develop MCE channel and contents strategy to drive business impact  
•    Develop mce strategies with brand team, medical team, PSP team which will be embedded in overall brand and company strategy
•    Accelerate sales reps productivity with the digital tool usage and change their mindset by driving mce campaigns aiming at best practices
•    Enhance strategies by monitoring the data collected during the digital activities and apply them into the mce strategies  
•    Collaborate with the cross functional team to develop better strategies to engage key customers with personalized contents and solutions 
•    Identify applicable solutions in the consumer industry and localize for our market to drive optimal touchpoints from the customers
•    Maximize to attract and engage our customers into our channel by developing contents with quality which will be customized for individual customers. 
 
Build infrastructure to access various stakeholders to enhance customer experience 
•    Choose the right channel and right initiatives with sales and marketing, medical, patient support, nurse educator team to find a better way to engage with customers 
•    Work with commercial IT team and APAC IO engagement team to localize infrastructure for optimal engagements 
•    Collaborate with third parties for the identifying applicable infrastructure in the external to adapt best solution in the affiliate 
 
People development for the mce related staffs  
•    Train strategy and operation specialist to develop innovative solutions for various stakeholders and find better ways to utilize them to accelerate business 
•    Train contents specialists to create optimal contents to run the platform with high stickiness and satisfaction rate coming from personalization approach 
 
Execute next level IO projects related to AI and automation
•    Focus on laying foundation for future mce initiatives aligning with IO to increase better customer experience and productivities – Digital Opinion Leader Product, Next Best Action, Marketing Campaign Automation, Automated Content Factory, Advanced Commercial Analysis, Meta-tagging and automated HCP profiling   
•    Run initiatives with cross function teams and analyze the result for whole affiliate implementation 
•    Communicate with IO team and localize the initiatives with third party partners to be best fit into the affiliate to drive optimal result  
•    Benchmark consumer industries or other pharma companies to find the unique NN ways or running the projects under IO support 
 
Lead data management in MCE to run advanced analytics by utilizing NN data lake Hackathon
•    Management of data collected through non-personal channels 
•    Engage in the designing MCE Analytics, NNPK Power BI, Sales IO dashboard
•    Co-work with BI team for the data analysis and building customer insight generation tool
•    Contents analysis to make better contents for digital assets 
•    Initiate pilot for the content factory to organize data related to HCP segmentation, targeting, profiling and behaviors 
•    Co-work with NN Head Quarters for Hackathon project to automate the data lake of NNPK and global so that advance analytics can be done automatically  
 
MCE manager 0명
지원자격
•    Relevant academic degree within medical or business field.
•    Consulting experience or MBA degree is preferred in addition to English proficiency, both written and spoken.  
•    7 years or more in marketing and/or MCE experiences are required.
•    Product manager / project manager experience in pharma is strongly preferred.
•    People management experience is not a must but will be an added advantage.
