[Customer Experience Team]

As a Customer Experience Specialist for Hyperconnect, you will work closely with team members as well as other departments, be responsible and help provide high-quality support for our users from all around the world.


[Responsibilities]

- Reply and analyze feedback about our product from users all over the world (Collaborate with regional managers using English)
- Collaborate with the product development team and developers to analyse new issues, potential bugs and offer solutions
- Research and make suggestions to innovate our service workflow
(Not a leader position)


[Requirements]

- Native Arabic and French with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Collaborative approach and ability to work well with others cross-functionally and globally
- Ability to effectively operate with flexibility


[Preferred Qualifications]

- Relevant work experience in the areas of mobile apps and games, mobile business
- Customer service work experience in the areas of mobile apps and games, mobile business
- Customer service work experience in call centers
- Proficiency in languages other than French, Arabic and English (including Korean)
