AI Communications and External Relations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and charismatic AI Communications and External Relations Manager with a creative flair to join our pioneering team in the artificial intelligence industry. This role is central to shaping and conveying the revolutionary impact of our proprietary Authentic AI™️ technology to the world, engaging with key stakeholders including investors, strategic partners, and early adopters. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of artistic vision and strategic communication skills to showcase our AAI™️ technology's unique capabilities and benefits through compelling narratives and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Communication Management:
Develop and implement an innovative communication strategy that not only highlights the technical superiority of our AAI™️ technology but does so through visually engaging and creatively rich content.
Create engaging multimedia content that communicates the functionalities of our products in an understandable and compelling manner.
Manage all public relations activities, ensuring our brand is recognized not just for contextual empathy and relevance in technology, but also as a pioneer in integrating artistic sensitivity into AI technology.
External Relations:
Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including potential investors, industry experts, and technology evangelists through innovative presentations and creative event engagements.
Represent the company at tech expos, conferences, and public forums, showcasing our technology through both technical explanations and creative demonstrations.
Facilitate initial pilot tests with select beta-testers, gathering and integrating their feedback to enhance both the functionality and aesthetic appeal of our products.

Investor Relations:

Develop a compelling investor relations strategy that communicates the unique value proposition of our AAI™️ technologies through detailed presentations enriched with creative elements that highlight potential market disruptions.
Directly engage with potential investors to communicate investment opportunities, milestones achieved, and the strategic vision of the company through dynamic and persuasive storytelling techniques.
Prepare detailed presentations and reports that articulate the market potential and competitive advantages of our AAI™️ solutions with a strong emphasis on how creative integration enhances product appeal.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional qualifications in Design, Art, or Creative Media are highly desirable.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a communications, marketing, public relations, or external relations role, preferably within the technology sector, with proven success in incorporating creative approaches and design thinking.
Experience in working with designers appreciated.

Skills:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, complemented by a strong visual sense.
Strong persuasive and public speaking skills.
Fluent Business English.
Ability to simplify complex technical topics for general audiences and present them in a visually appealing way.
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media strategy, and visual content creation.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite/Google Suite (Word, Powerpoint…)
Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator/inDesign appreciated
