• Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for both the U.S. and Korean operations

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP and local accounting standards
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in both the U.S. and Korea

• Maintain a robust internal control environment

Cross-Border Financial Operations

• Manage financial transactions, taxation, and compliance for both U.S. and Korean entities
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors in both regions

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Collaborate with the executive team to align financial strategies with the company's overall objectives
• Provide insights and recommendations on financial aspects of business expansion and partnerships

Team Leadership
