We are looking for a Chinese Account Manager for our KR Office.

We are Thing Or Two, a mobile-oriented, addicted-to-performance, and results-in Digital Marketing Agency.

Based in Tel Aviv, Barcelona, Korea, and Sao Paulo, our experts at Thing or Two use in-house AI technology and data analytics to build scalable, ROI-positive campaigns. We work across all channels necessary to create a comprehensive digital strategy, bringing our customers closer to their business goals.

As an AM, you will manage a portfolio of key accounts with set targets, maintain a long-term relationship with accounts, and maximize sales opportunities within them. The Account Manager is expected to have strong commercial skills and to upsell/cross-sell and negotiate in a client-facing environment. Additionally, this position will require good Excel and data management orientation, focus on campaign management through campaign performance analysis, campaign optimization, and maximizing relationships for new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

● Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.

● Manage campaigns on the Ad Serving Platforms from integration through launch.

● Dealing with all aspects of a campaign, ongoing Optimization, and reviewing daily reports.

● Assist in the technical aspects of Advertiser integration (new and ongoing).

● Reconcile Advertiser accounts on a monthly basis.

● Responsible for upselling new products to the entire client portfolio.

● Assist in the technical aspects of Advertiser integration (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary technical guidance to the Advertiser.

● Achieving revenue targets.

● Attending client meetings.

● Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.

Requirements:

● Fluent English speaker - a must

● Fluent Chinese speaker – a must

● Bachelor's degree – a must

● Must feel comfortable with analytical data

● A great communicator with super-strong interpersonal skills

● Ability to multitask and handle various priorities, good prioritization skills

● Sales-oriented, strong ability to negotiate

● Detailed-oriented with an ability to see the bigger picture

● Team player with a ‘Can-Do attitude’

● Problem solver
