ㆍ진단검사 의료장비 장비 설치
- Hardware와 Software 설치 준비, 수행 및 완료
- 월간 일정 조율을 통한 설치 업무
- 장비 설치 후 고객의 원활한 장비 사용을 위한 대기
ㆍ수리/문제진단 및 조치
- 고객으로부터의 신뢰 확보를 위한 콜 처리 및 기술적 문제해결
- 응급 요청에 대비한 24시간 Hotline support rotation근무
ㆍ예방점검
- 예방점검 일정관리 및 진행
- 예방점검에 필요한 소모품 또는 부품과 일정 관리

Your key responsibilities
ㆍConduct operator training for end users after installation
of instruments

according to CLSI guideline

ㆍConduct User Seminar about instruments
ㆍSolve application / product problems promptly and completely
ㆍTrain for Sales / Engineers / distributors about products
ㆍMaintain/update products information promptly(by Quality
Notification & other information letter from GCS)
ㆍVisit Key customers (or sites) regularly for getting user
feedback on our products and services. Also promote
our new products for value-based management
