• • Product Merchandise Planning
  ㆍCreate and communicate a seasonal product frame work for the category, in a way that will support the Brand and maximize revenue and profitability. 
  
• ㆍDevelop an assortment strategy, flow plan and pricing strategy that supports Onitsuka Tiger brand positioning and will sell at retail. 
• ㆍKnowledge of the market trend, competition, and consumer behavior in the sports & fashion industry. 
• ㆍCreate impactful presentations for seasonal strategy to help sell the product and assist in the coordination. 
• ㆍMake sure to order placement for global production, plus spend time for channels segmentation plan reflecting consumer perspective. 
• ㆍImplement seasonal forecast through internal system, handling seasonal samples. 
  

• In-season merchandising management and Operation

• ㆍUpdate weekly sales report and analyze to develop action steps for current season as well as for next season. 
• ㆍManage efficient operation of supply, rotation, and return of products collaborating with the person of In-season management. 
  

• Communication and Training

• ㆍCommunicate closely with the Headquarter, and provide a product feedback and market insight frequently. 
• ㆍHave a good understanding of channels and work closely with sales and marketing team to ensure accurate product forecasts and communicate product strategy. 
• ㆍAct as the product or category spokesperson and present the product lines to retail accounts, Onitsuka Tiger sales and relevant employees. 
  
  REQUIREMENTS
• ㆍSenior merchandiser including at least minimum 4 years buying MD role experience in retail fashion and sports industry
• ㆍMust have a strong sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to work independently and make effective well thought out decisions
• ㆍCustomer focus with business sense & strong interests in fashion trend
• ㆍExcellent product intelligence - consumer awareness, creativity, passion of sport & fashion brand 
• ㆍAbility of strategic thinking and problem solving
• ㆍGood at influencing, presentation, communication, negotiation and teamwork
• ㆍFluent in English language (both verbal and written)
