Job Description: CEO (Chief Executive Officer)

Objective of the Role: The CEO acts as the strategic leader of the company, responsible for defining the overall vision, corporate strategy, and ensuring the growth and profitability of the organization. This role involves overseeing both the entertainment and technology development projects of the company, coordinating various divisions to ensure alignment with the long-term goals and values of the company.

Main Responsibilities:
Strategy and Vision:

Develop and implement the overall strategy of the company, aligned with long-term objectives.
Conduct industry and competitive analysis to adapt strategy based on market developments.
Foster a strong interest in technology and entertainment, driving innovation and integration in these fields.

Leadership and Management:
Lead and motivate the team, promoting a positive and innovative corporate culture.
Make key decisions for the company, in consultation with managers and strategic partners.
Oversee daily operations and ensure organizational efficiency.
Finance and Resources:

Manage the company’s overall budget, allocating resources efficiently to optimize profitability.
Oversee financial planning, including revenue forecasting and investments.
Demonstrate experience in dealing with investors and actively participating in negotiation processes with them.

Development and Partnerships:
Identify and develop strategic partnerships and collaborative opportunities to extend the company’s reach and influence in both technology and entertainment sectors.
Negotiate key contracts with artists, distributors, and other industry partners.
Marketing and Promotion:

Skills and Qualifications:
Language: business English required
Education: Degree in Business Management, Music, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Significant experience in the entertainment industry, with a proven track record of successful leadership and management, particularly in projects that integrate technology and entertainment.
Experience in investor relations is strongly appreciated.
