#Job Description- Trust and Safety Associate
About this role ㆍ콘텐츠 모더레이터는 사용자 프로필, 오디오, 비디오 및 텍스트 기반 콘텐츠를 분석하고
   검토하며 사용자가 신고하거나 시스템에 의해 신고된 문제를 조사, 에스컬레이션하거나
   해결하는 역할을 맡게 됩니다.
Role Details ㆍReview, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines,
   using specific tools and channels

- Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines
- Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust
  and Safety team
- Serve as an advocate for the user community
- Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and
  efficiency of work
- Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for
  optimal development in the role
- Engage in conversation around socially sensitive topics with the purpose of
  keeping our communities safe
- Basic Qualifications/Skills Needed
- Degree in any tertiary education or higher education
- Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills
- Excellent comprehension, communication, in both English and
  Korean language skills
- Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal
  beliefs, in the best interest of client policies
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfort synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Deep familiarity and passion for the internet, internet platforms, and
  internet culture
- High affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations regarding
  the relevant market and region that will be supported
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
- Flexibility in meeting changing business needs in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
자격요건 ㆍ영어 가능자
ㆍ4년제 졸업자 2년제 졸업의 경우 5년이상 근무 경력 필요
근무조건
ㆍ근무지역 : 말레이시아 쿠알라 룸프
ㆍ근무시간 : 아래의 Shifts 옵션 중 선택 가능
                    - Non Shift : 월요일 부터 일요일 5일근무 오전 9시 ~ 오후 6시 또는 오전 8시 ~ 오후 5시 시간대 근무
                    - Shifts : 월요일부터 일요일 사이 5일 근무이며, 24시간 로테이션에 따라 하루 9시간 근무
ㆍ입사일 : 6월 초 또는 6월 중순
급여 및 혜택
ㆍ급여 8000링깃 ~ 10000링깃
ㆍSign On 보너스 지급
ㆍEPF 연금 지원
ㆍAnnual Leave 12일 Medical Leave 14일
전형절차
서류전형 → 면접전형 → 최종합격
