Responsibilities:

• Responsibility of Client or Internal Reporting, resource management, from forecasting, capacity
planning, to scheduling.
• Lead WFM team to improve on forecast accuracy, scheduling flexibility or real-time management
process.
• Leadership to monitor and support cross site’s WFM work in the field of forecasting, capacity
planning, scheduling and real-time management.
• Support to the leadership group for data analysis and improvement projects.
• Build forecasting, capacify planning, scheduling, and real-time management process for new
accounts.
• Lead automation projects or new solution implementation to optimize reporting and data
consolidation workload.

Skills & qualification required:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Data analysis/ /Capacity Planning/Reporting
• Extensive knowledge/experience in Forecasting, Capacity Planning and Scheduling process
• Demonstrated leadership and project management ability.
• Ability to understand the service, quality, cost, and end-user/client satisfaction implications of
operational decisions.
• Excellent Skill of MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Business Level English skills
