1.      Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategy aligned with yearly company strategy

2.      Sales forecasting

3.      Individual sales territory allocation

4.      Yearly sales target set up and individual allocation

5.      Sales incentive scheme and payout management

6.      SFDC system management

[자격 요건]

1.      Bachelor of Business administration, Math, Statistics, or equivalent degree

2.      More than 10 years’ proven experience of related function (Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Exc ellence, etc).

3.      Experience in pharmaceutical industry or medical device industry is preferred.

4.      People management experience is preferred.

5.      Fluent at business English communication
