Warranty Service Specialist
파견계약직 1년/연장가능

기 판매된 제품에 대한 보증 및 보상이 이루어질 수 있도록 서류작업을 진행
주 업무는 Call center에서 payment 결정이 나면 내부적으로 payment가 완료될 수 있도록 arrange 하는 업무

JOB SUMMARY
□ Responsible for breast implant warranty service program operation in Korea including product complaint collection, warranty service query handling, warranty document and explant collection and warranty amount reimbursement to patients.


RESPONSIBILITY
□ Develop, maintain, and manage ******’s Warranty program for Breast implant warranty service.
□ Ensure warranty service quality, accuracy, compliance, and on-time service by ensuring relevant internal work process and documentation of warranty service including warranty service SOP, work instruction, FAQ and call script.
□ Ensure warranty reimbursement to be aligned with warranty eligibility decision of product surveillance team.
□ Review and approval of Warranty Payment for patient reimbursement and complete, update BVF (Bank Verification Form) for patient reimbursement as well.
□ Primary contact of HCP customer complaint and issue handling 
□ Ensue accurate warranty log and data management, document storage, warranty mailbox based on internal policy and regulation.
□ Communicate with the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety & Medical Society, and s hare and update warranty issues.

2. 꼼꼼하게 워런티 요청 사항을 검수하고, 승인할 수 있는 인재
3. 커뮤니케이션이 원활하고, 문서 능력(엑셀, 파워포인트, 워드 등) 보유자
4. 경력사항은  최소 3년이상 ~ 

5. 영어 중급정도 가능자 (이메일 이상)
