Job Purpose:
• Build and unleash the Levi’s® PR, Social media
• Drive not only best but next in class PR, social media, and PR Event PPL in Korea
• Deliver programs that drive excitement, inspiration and demand for the brand
• Establish Levi’s® as the go to brand for Style, Lifestyle Fashion and Music
Responsibilities
• Manage local execution of PR, Social and PPL
• Continuously contributes to the improvement of key marketing processes (e.g., marketing planning and communications)
Press release
Directs execution and implementation of all PR plans; ensures plans and concepts deliver against the brief and are consistent with Levi’s® positioning
• Communicates and collaborates effectively with the PR agency to align strategies and execute PR initiatives.
• Oversees press coverage, including managing press releases and handling day-to-day media inquiries.
• Ensures timely and accurate responses to media inquiries and fosters positive relationships with media.
• Coordinates advertorial placements, book-in-books, pictorials, and tie-ins with relevant media partners.
• Manages the creation and distribution of seasonal product look books to showcase new collections to media and stakeholders.
• Plans and executes PR-related events such as press previews and press conferences.
• Reports and analyze around all PR activities.
• Crisis management.
• Provides training and product knowledge sessions to agency staff to ensure they are equipped to effectively represent the brand.
• Updates on PR results and media coverage, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Digital PR (social media)
Implementation of principles of social media, influencer marketing, public relations and sponsorships as part of the integrated marketing implementation
• Develop the digital communication plan.
• Manage and upload Instagram brand content x3@ a week.
• Create contents for YouTube and various social media platform.
• Develop localized brand and product stories and creates relevant content.
• Execute online viral activities through blog and online communities.
• Campaign Recap report
Product Seeding / PPL (Celebrity, Influencer)
Manages internal and external relationships to identify opportunities and create wins in PR PPL, influencer marketing activities
• Conducts analysis of seasonal products to determine suitable items for celebrity and influencer seeding campaigns.
• Handles inquiries and negotiations for local collaboration opportunities.
• Coordinates global collaboration initiatives, including seeding products to influencers and partners.
• Oversees the management of seasonal PR product samples, including inventory tracking and distribution.
• Manages product placement opportunities in various media channels.
Management of PR Sample Distribution
• Responsible for managing the distribution of PR samples for the marketing team, ensuring timely dispatch and inventory management.
• Tracks and maintains inventory of samples for efficient operations.
Monthly Marketing Expense Handling
• Manages the monthly budget and expenses of the marketing team.
• Gathers and organizes cost-related information from marketing team members and collaborates with the accounting department for processing.

Qualifications & Functional Competencies
PR Specialist will be qualified in Marketing, PR communication, or similar discipline as well as over 5 years proven experience in the following:
• Consumer Insights: Strong understanding of Gen Z culture and what it means for Style
• Strong understanding of the Korea fashion PR landscape (In-house/agency experience both preferred)
• Public Relations and Publicity
• Best in class understanding of Instagram and Influencer activations
• Digital/ Social Media/ PR event
• Proficient in business English (Speaking/Writing)
