Project Associate ( 1명 )

Job Description

The Project Associate provides full-time support to the Senior Project Manager and/or Project Manager and frequently interacts with the clients, consultants, and contractors. S/he is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our services are being delivered to the highest level to ensure client satisfaction.

ㆍManaging maintenance repair works for retail stores.

ㆍCommunicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals.

ㆍContributing to the planning and development of projects.

ㆍSupporting the coordination and management of projects.

ㆍAssisting in the development of cost estimates of assigned projects.

ㆍAssisting in the preparation of RFP/bid packages and managing the bid process.

ㆍKeeping track of and reporting on project progress.

ㆍParticipating in project meetings, taking meeting minutes, and distributing them to project team members.

ㆍCompleting any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner.

ㆍResearching information as required.

ㆍPerforming administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.



Basic Qualifications


ㆍBachelor`s degree from an accredited university, preferably with a major in architecture, interior design, or a related field.

ㆍResponsible, fast learner, team player, dedicated, and enthusiastic to his/her job.

ㆍGood communication and coordination skills.

ㆍWell-versed in Microsoft Office software.

ㆍGood documentation (both Korean and English).

ㆍAdvanced fluency in both spoken and written English with a native level of Korean.

ㆍAbility to work in a self-directed way.

ㆍEnthusiastic and with a positive attitude.

ㆍGood interpersonal skills.



Preferred Qualifications


ㆍArchitecture engineer and Interior Architecture background.

ㆍExperience with AutoCAD

ㆍExperience in developing project schedules.

ㆍPrior experience in construction, design, architecture, engineering, or related fields preferred.

ㆍ Experienced in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services design and installation.
