DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ㆍPlanning
   1. Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers in the assigned districts/ areas.
   2. Forecast and implement the monthly/quarterly/annual sales plan to ensure achievement of agreed sales targets and
      profit targets and broader total business objectives.
   3. Support the Manager in the development of Sales Activity Plan and to implement effective call planning.

   Sales experience of university hospitals & general hospitals

ㆍSales Plan Implementation
   1. Build relationships with both external and internal customers to capitalize on all business opportunities.
   2. Identify key opinion leaders and work with Sales Manager to ensure development of strong business relationships.
   3. Understand and communicate the needs and expectations of the customers to ensure to meet and exceed
      customer expectations.
   4. Act as direct customer contact to address and resolve customer concerns.
   5. Undertake activities in accordance with relevant KPIs (such as call management, customer profiling).
   6. Deliver scientific information on the product including therapeutic indication, disease states and latest clinical data.
   7. Support company hosted medical events (symposium, Academy, booth exhibition, etc.) to help customers get
      the product related medical information
   8. Organize and implement scientific events (product briefing, seminar, etc.) to efficiently deliver product information.

ㆍReporting and Analysis
   1. Measure success of sales performance and activities conducted within the area.
   2. Record all sales activities (i.e. Daily Sales Report) and market intelligence within relevant report on daily basis.
   3. Undertake monthly analysis of sales and implement action to ensure achievement within agreed parameters.
   4. Report adverse event and complaint case to responsible personnel in a timely manner as trained.

ㆍProduct and Function Knowledge
   1. Sales experience in surgical area such as GS, GYN, OS, NS.

Experience ㆍOver 3 years of sales experience in healthcare industry (medical device experience preferred)
ㆍSales experience of university hospitals & general hospitals
Specific knowledge

ㆍStrong planning and analytical skills
ㆍHighly self-motivated and self-disciplined
ㆍPresentation & Negotiation skills
ㆍDirect Sales experience
ㆍGood command of English will be a plus
