Together with automobile manufacturers, innovative solutions that are characterized by efficiency and reliability are continually developed. The products of our over 50 years existing group are invented, designed, produced, and marketed in-house. This is achieved thanks to our 1.500 employees worldwide, who can be found at 10 production sites and 22 sales offices in Europe, China, Japan, India, Latin America, and the United States. In the course of further expansion, we are looking for a Technical Sales Representatives preferably with an existing network in the Korean automotive industry for our subsidiary in Korea.

Task Focus
ㆍDevelopment of the sales region Republic of Korea and supervision of defined customer groups, wilingness to travel
ㆍMarket monitoring and analysis of the Korean OEM market globaly
ㆍBuilding-up and developing Korean customer network
ㆍConvince as a sales personality in the acquisition of new customers and the sales pitch in an international environment
ㆍTaking care of existing customer, regular visits to customer
ㆍResponsible for projects and preparation of quotations for customers
ㆍTechnical understanding for our products and strategic negotiating skils
ㆍPresentation and explanation of the products at the customer
ㆍManaging of external and internal sales partner Forecast of yearly sales targets for the responsible area in Korea
ㆍRegular reports

 Job Requirements
ㆍBachelor’s degree in machinery, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or similar field of study preferred
ㆍDemonstrable experience in the sales of industrial goods and technical products
ㆍWork experience in sales or business development in Korea more than 5 years.
ㆍProven capability winning new business and growing existing business
ㆍNetwork of contacts within the Korean automotive industry
ㆍTechnical understanding and knowledge in the automotive industry
ㆍLanguages: English and Korean mandatory, other foreign languages desirable
ㆍWilingness to travel and independent, structured approach
ㆍTeam player with a hands-on mentality
ㆍEnthusiastic, pro-active, self-motivated, result oriented with strong networking skils
ㆍAbove-average resilience, flexibility, negotiating skils and entrepreneurial thinking
ㆍStrong experience adopting, leveraging and performing sales processes that ensure high performance and efficiency
ㆍAbility to use Auto CAD, CATIA
