[Job Description]
Liaison and HR Manager
Bobst Group is a Swiss company that supplies machinery and services to the packaging industry worldwide. In the pursuit to further developing its activities in Korea, Bobst Korea is looking for a “Liaison and HR Manager” for its industrial site in Yangsan/Gimhae.
The candidate will report directly to the General Manager of Bobst Korea and will oversee:
1. Communication
• Ensure flawless communication between Management Directors (language translation KR/ENG)
• Assist the collaboration between Bobst Group and Bobst Korea in all exchanges

2. HR
• Assist the General Manager to ensure compliance with all South Korean labour laws and regulations, including necessary contract management and administration
• Work with the General Manager and the Group’s Regional Head of HR to recruit new workforce
• Supervising the implementation and respect of Group policies and guidelines (payroll, travel policy, double signatures, etc.)

3. Office management
• Support office administrative activities
• Assisting the General Manager with general administrative and logistical tasks
• Visitors caring and logistics management

The profile of the candidate:
• 4-5 year's work experience of similar position, better in a multinational context
• South Korean mother tongue and English fluency, both oral and written
• Experience in a multicultural environment
• Experience in management support
• Having a proactive and teamworking mindset, attention to details, driven, good communication and interpersonal skills, integrity, and structured self-management ability
• Good knowledge of Office software and in particular Excel at an advanced level
• Motivated to support a growing business

[자격요건]
- 인사, 노무 관련 분야에서 최소 2년 이상의 경력 보유자 우대

- 해외 법인 또는 다국적 기업 경험 보유자 우대
- 기계 설비 업계에서의 근무 경력 우대
- 프랑스어 사용자 우대
- MS Office 소프트웨어 능통자 우대
- 기밀사항 유지에 대한 고려와 신뢰성 보유

꾸준히 이루어지고 있는 각국의 외국인 방문에 대응해야하며 공동대표간 통역을 전담하기에 영어 사용빈도가 한국어 이상이 될 수 있습니다.
