#Job Description- Trust and Safety Associate
About this role ㆍ콘텐츠 모더레이터는 사용자 프로필, 오디오, 비디오 및 텍스트 기반 콘텐츠를 분석하고
   검토하며 사용자가 신고하거나 시스템에 의해 신고된 문제를 조사, 에스컬레이션하거나
   해결하는 역할을 맡게 됩니다.
Role Details Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools
and channels

ㆍUnderstand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines
ㆍInvestigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team
ㆍServe as an advocate for the user community
ㆍParticipate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency of work
ㆍParticipate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal
   development in the role
ㆍEngage in conversation around socially sensitive topics with the purpose of keeping our
   communities safe
ㆍBasic Qualifications/Skills Needed
ㆍDegree in any tertiary education or higher education
ㆍStrong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills
ㆍExcellent comprehension, communication, in both English and Korean language skills
ㆍAbility to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs,
   in the best interest of client policies
ㆍStrong attention to detail
ㆍComfort synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams
ㆍStrong critical thinking and decision-making skills
ㆍDeep familiarity and passion for the internet, internet platforms, and internet culture
ㆍHigh affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations regarding the relevant
   market and region that will be supported
ㆍAbility to work well individually and as part of a team
ㆍFlexibility in meeting changing business needs in a fast-paced environment
ㆍCommitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
자격요건 ㆍ영어 가능자
ㆍ4년제 졸업자 2년제 졸업의 경우 5년이상 근무 경력 필요
근무조건
ㆍ근무지역 : 태국 방콕
ㆍ근무시간 : 주/야간 로테이션 근무 가능자(Morning, Afternoon shift hours and Night shifts)
ㆍ입사일 : 7월 중순 또는 7월 말 입사
급여 및 혜택
ㆍ급여 : 60000만 바트에서 74000바트
ㆍ1 month fixed Bonus
ㆍ1 month relocation allowance : 12K THB / time
ㆍKPI 1,500 (depends on performance)
ㆍOT allowance (as per company policy)
ㆍHealth insurance (OPD 2,000 per visit : 30 times/year)
ㆍDental insurance (2,000 THB per year - Reimbursement)
ㆍAnnual leave of 12 days
ㆍSocial security contributions
ㆍTraining opportunities, and more
