담당업무
A) General:
ㆍEnsures an effective communication and flow of information within the team.
ㆍMonitors the fulfilment of agreed plans, actions of local personnel.
   Compiles deviation analyses in case necessary and discuss with Management.
ㆍBusiness Development Specialist chooses an optimum ordering and
   logistics concept and adapt it appropriately.
   Optimize the logistics parameters of general delivery agreements.
ㆍTo observe and comply to the basic rules laid down in the
   management system.
ㆍPreparation of monthly report.

B) Strategic
ㆍResponsibility to achieve regional sales targets in the defined region as
   agreed with the Business Team (BT) and local Management.
ㆍAble to recognize market potential early by systematically, collect,
   analyze, and present customer, market,
   industry trends and competitor information/data (commercial and technical).
ㆍDevelops, defines, communicates, and implements strategies and
   campaigns for regional sales and marketing,
   in consultation and alignment with the business team.
ㆍDefines and introduces credit limits, manage customer receivables,
   and defines regional price guidelines for the region.
ㆍIdentifies and implements distribution channels in line with business and
   logistic strategies.
필수/우대 ㆍBachelor’s degree or higher, major in Chemistry /
   Chemical Pro-cess or other relevant discipline. MBA preferred.
ㆍFluent in English (Must)
ㆍMin. 3 years of experience of B2B sales and/or strategic market-ing
ㆍSelf-motivated, proactive, creative, and teamwork
ㆍSound presentation skills
ㆍAbility to work in an international team and to handle an organizational matrix structure
ㆍStructured and able to work independently
ㆍWillingness to travel
