[Danfoss Korea] Tax and Treasury Specialist 채용

Key Responsibilities:

·  Tax:

ü  Filing Tax Returns: Prepare and file various tax returns, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes, ensuring compliance with deadlines.

ü  Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with federal, state, and local authorities to provide required information and maintain compliance with tax regulations.

ü  Audit Support: Lead and support corporate tax audits, addressing queries from tax authorities.

ü  Transfer Pricing: Assist in transfer pricing requirements.

ü  Tax Risk Management: Proactively manage tax risks by collaborating with business stakeholders.

ü  Tax Knowledge Development: Stay informed about tax laws and provide proactive tax advice to internal teams.

ü  Ad-hoc Projects: Support special projects such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and integration.

·  Treasury:

ü  Treasury Activities: Execute treasury activities in alignment with group treasury policies and local standard operating procedures (SOP).

ü  Bank Reconciliation: Manage bank reconciliation and prepare weekly bank balance reports.

ü  Banking Relationships: Administer local banking relationships.

ü  Foreign Exchange (FX) Transactions: Prepare monthly FX payments and relevant bank documents.

ü  Cash Forecasting: Create monthly cash forecasts and assist in annual dividend preparation.

ü  Risk Assessment: support finance manager to assess risks related to corporate loans, investments, and liquidity.

ü  Credit Management: Oversee corporate credit card management and customer credit reports.

ü  Collateral Management: Set up and manage collateral as needed.

ü  Guarantees/Bonds issuance and execution as per business requirements.

Qualifications and preference:

·  Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a relevant field.

·  USCPA or other relevant certification preferred.

·  Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting or Tax area.

·  Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
