2. Position Overview:- As the Product Marketing Manager ,
you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing
initiatives to drive the successful launch and commercialization of our
surgical platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop
product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with
target customers and drive demand. This role requires a strategic thinker with
a strong understanding of the medical device industry, excellent communication
skills, and a passion for driving business growth through innovative marketing
strategies.
3. Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify
market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Gather insights to
inform product positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies.
- Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that
differentiates our products. Clearly articulate the value proposition, key
benefits, and unique selling points to target customers.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product
launches and existing product enhancements. Define target market segments,
pricing strategies, distribution channels, and promotional tactics to drive
product adoption and revenue growth.
- Marketing Collateral: Develop high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures,
datasheets, presentations, and videos, to support sales efforts and educate
customers about our surgical platform. Ensure messaging and branding
consistency across all marketing materials.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website content,
email marketing campaigns, social media strategy, and online advertising.
Utilize digital channels to increase brand awareness, engage with target
audiences, and generate leads.
- Content Creation: Create engaging content, such as blog posts, articles,
whitepapers, and case studies, to educate customers and establish thought
leadership in the medical device industry. Develop content that addresses
customer pain points and showcases the benefits of our products.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to develop
sales enablement tools, training materials, and resources to support the sales
process. Provide product training and support to ensure sales representatives,
sales partners, and distributors are equipped with the knowledge and tools
needed to sell effectively.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers,
opinion leaders, and stakeholders in the healthcare industry. Gather customer
feedback, conduct market research, and incorporate insights into product
development and marketing strategies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
for medical devices. Work closely with regulatory affairs and quality assurance
teams to navigate regulatory pathways and ensure timely approvals for product
launches. Uphold the highest standards of quality and integrity within the
team.
4. Qualifications:
l Bachelor's degree
l Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in commercial areas in the
medical device industry. Sales experience preferred.
l Strong understanding of medical device industry dynamics, regulatory
requirements, and clinical workflows.
