The Asia Pacific Off Highway Sales Administrators play a key role in supporting sales teams and provide an important link between sales, customers and our stakeholders.
Supports sales through reporting, system administration and internal & external data analyses by executing and supporting selected activities under limited supervision.
System Administration:
Runs repetitive and ad-hoc tasks on systems and tools
Periodically reviews the user-entered data hosted on the systems to ensure completeness under limited supervision.
Manage customer's Purchase Orders (PO) and contract and review the contract conditions (including contract amount, payment term)
Process orders by request to supply chain team and communicate the delivery schedule of whole goods & parts
Purchase the domestic items and input the project cost to supply to the customers (PR process)
Check the stock, price and lead time of whole goods and parts globally
Get involved in delivery process by arrange the goods and schedule in the system
Invoicing to customer and issuing the transaction receipt
Periodically review the forecast of sales and inventory levels
Manage the customer’s account status and Account Receivable (AR), credit and take action and create new requests if needed
Request the vendor registration and payment
Confirm the sales commissioning for the specific orders and request commission monthly
Announce the financial sales result at the end of month and communicate the sales forecast
Conduct the Demand Manager (DM) and SSA process meeting by monthly and report to related team
Reporting:
Consolidates and distributes sales reports where reporting tasks are repetitive and well documented, under limited supervision.
Gathers and consolidates data from others through existing templates and provides as forecasting input.
Sales pipeline reporting includes:
Weekly backlog reporting – Report sales achievement rate and back order status versus target
Monthly pipeline reporting – Collects and assess sales pipeline data from account managers and Sales Force system
Monthly sales forecast presenting – Report the sales results by calculate such as achievement rate, margin rate by monthly
DM forecast – Input the sales volume forecast by monthly to reflect the order prediction to the plant
Manage the order board, pipeline detail master
Aged stock value checks and inventory forecast reporting
Data Analyses:
Conducts internal sales analyses (e.g. variances, projections, costing, bundling) where the tasks are well documented.
Conducts ad-hoc and repetitive analyses on external sources
Researches assigned opportunities through secondary research, compiles and shares findings.
Compiles relevant competitive data from varying resources under limited supervision.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
