[외국계]System Specialist(1년 계약직/정규직 전환)

외국계 기업에서 System Specialist를 채용 중에 있습니다.
시스템 유지 보수/업그레이드/설치/기술 지원 등의 업무를 포괄적으로 수행합니다.

[담당 업무]
*Plan and lead the deployment, security monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT & Telephony system architecture, including network circuits, servers, PCs, operating systems, telephones, software applications, and peripherals.

*Provide expertise and support during systems upgrades, installations, conversions and maintenance.

*Oversee systems development and enhancement and the integration of new systems with existing systems as well as technology needs assesment.

*Provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services.

*Manage financial aspects of the IT/Telephony, including purchasing, budgeting, and capital budget process. Negotiate and administer vendors, outsourcer and service agreements. Manage vendor relations.

*Manage the @Home infrastructure to ensure optimal operation. This includes education of the @Home workforce on basic systems essentials and development of systems guidelines.

*Develop and manage all IT/Telephony policies and procedures of local site with alignment to ASPAC guidelines, including those for PCI & security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision. Ensure the creation and maintenance of all written documentation, including system and user manuals, license agreements, and documentation of modifications and upgrades
