How will you Contribute and Grow?
1. Customer Quality Management
- Assure control and distribution of all the documents for customers
- Interfaces with customers for quality-related tasks, customer audits and quality incidents
- Customer audit and action item F/U
- Customer complaint follow up and corrective action monitoring
- Assess training needs and assists training delivery for ALSK employees
- Ensures that all information needed to evaluate Air Liquide performance, is available to the customer in due time
- Provides support and interprets the “voice of the customer” within internal manufacturing sites regarding change management, discrepant material and product qualifications
- Ensures that Customer's PCN specifications are followed, manage PCN documentation and approval
- Ensure that quality incidents affecting customer(s) are notified to the Subsidiary Quality Management Representative and, for Global Accounts, within the Customer Quality Representative peers network
2. SPC Trend monitoring for stock sales products
- Gather product analysis data(stock sales product) and monitor trend of each parameters
- Prepare statistical back data(SPC Trend chart based on analysis data) to give feedback for customer request
- Forecast change of control limit by customer
3. Quality document management (Record management)
- Real time update of Quality dashboard
- Maintain master lists of quality performance (PCN master list, Cutomer request master list, UCL management file)
4. Supplier Quality Management
- Plan supplier audit plan with risk priority and drives supplier quality improvement.
- Interfaces with Procurement functions on Quality matters related to the qualification and the evaluation of supplier performance.
- Control and interface with suppliers for audits corrective action plan and suppliers in case of quality incidents
- Works with the Customer Quality Representative to understand and incorporate customer(s) expectations related to suppliers where appropriate
- Interfaces with Procurement functions for the actions of the Business Continuity Plan related to the suppliers, resulting from the Business Risk Analysis,
- Notify the manager(s) with responsibility and authority for corrective action, if any operation or activity that does not comply with approved quality management rules or procedures should be stopped
5. Quality procedure development & revision
6. Supervise and provide guideline to quality specialist in daily work
7. Expected to travel to Cheonan site as business needs dictate

- - At least 4 years of working experience in related field
- - Preferred: working experience in specialty gas or semiconductor supplier companies
