Short Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage AMS services (24*7) of multiple applications such as SAP, Engineering IT applications, Service Desk etc.
Will be SPOC for Hanon global and regional leads (Asia, Europe, US) and lead AMS services.
Prepare and present AMS performance as per defined service levels to Hanon and Infosys stakeholders.
Able to communicate with Infosys offshore team and manage stakeholder expectations.
Lead major incidents to closure collaborating with required teams from Hanon and Infosys.
Monitor, track, review SLA performance for incidents, problems, service requests, changes, enhancements.
Manage risks and issues.
Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
Coordinate with Infosys internal teams such as quality for AMS activities.
Coordinate withing Infosys teams for identification of required resources and deployment in AMS project.
Track resource confirmation and invoicing to Hanon as per milestones defined in SOW.
Ensure business continuity measures taken if any unplanned disruptions to AMS delivery.
Skills /Competencies:
Essential Skills:
Degree/Degree in IT / Computer Science / related discipline
Should have experience in managing AMS delivery compliant with MSA contractual requirements.
Should have managed globally diverse delivery team for AMS services.
Should have experience in preparation, presentation of AMS service performance reports to customer stakeholders.
Should have experience with ServiceNow ITSM application and manage AMS services.
Should have good communication skills in English, South Korea language.
Preferred skills

Excellent customer interfacing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
