Specific Responsibilities

• Develop and execute store visual merchandising strategies in alignment with brand guidelines
• Plan and implement visual merchandising for events, ensuring brand consistency and optimal customer experience
• Oversee store maintenance, including cleanliness, organization, and display integrity
• Manage store projects related to visual merchandising, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet objectives and deadlines

Relevant Experience and Training

• Degree holder
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the luxury fashion industry, especially the high-end luxury (Fashion & Cosmetic) retail industry
• Proficient in design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop) would be preferred.

• Good command of written and spoken English
• Artistic sense with visual talent and a strong styling sensibility
• Mature with good communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to monitor the vendors to follow the process
• Strong project management abilities: managing, communicating, timelines, defining clear objectives, and delivering key insights
• Flexibility and be able to work under pressure and handle uncertainty
