[Responsibilities]
Propose creative solutions in other to improve the consumer experience in store related to visual merchandising
and store design aspect

• Renderings : Support team for renderings to provide global guidance with overall brand strategies
• Instore Visuals : Liaise with 360 campaign team to review instore visuals priority accuracy
• Color Proof : Lead color proofing to finalize quality output with supplier and sent to all the regions
• Sample Control : Develop samples for every VM assets to bring into real life.
• Region Support : Support region for any specific events in creative elements.
• Design and coordinate the other instore elements :
brand uniform, instore music and instore promotion to ensure complete, well-articulated store presentation.
• Drive for the maintenance of good quality for all outgoing shipment of collaterals
• Research into VM standards and possible display solutions
• Maintain high visual standards throughout all environments
• Creative ideation for PR event and instore VM working with 360 campaign team
• Good tracking of the retro planning of the launch
• Work closely with suppliers to provide creative & technical support for all production
• Develop vendor’s ability to meet brand’s standards & expectations
• Monitor and recommend the right merchandising methods/ tools for each project or
each launch to ensure quality of design execution and brand visibility in store

[Qualifications / Experience]
• Graduate from design school / VM school / art school/ 경력 2~4년 정도
• High proficiency in Mac platform and software applications such as Illustrator, PhotoShop,
CAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office and any 3D program.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, eye for design details & solutions to production issues for all VM displays.
• Able to incorporate regular unplanned tasks into day to day workload
• Self-motivated, problem solver with good organizational skills.
• Has the flexibility and ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, being flexible in approach to meet the requirements of the business
• Good command verbal and written skills in English.
• Fast reader of market and design trend.
