Position: Global Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Support our partners with technical pre-sales support, marketing collateral, support requests, feature requests, training sessions, quotations, and more.
• Deepen and expand relationships with existing value-added resellers, partners, and system integrators, making connections and opening more doors internationally.
• Seek out and support new partnerships, with new channel partners, integration partners, and others. You must be willing to take ownership of the process end-to-end.
• Represent our brand at international trade shows and events. You can expect at least four overseas trips every year.
• Manage other globally focused projects that help us meet our goal for MOCA to connect every door.
• You will work directly alongside our head of global business development and product strategy

Desired Experience and Skills:

• 5+ years experiences in overseas B2B sales, marketing, or customer support
• Experience in SaaS, security, access control, IoT industries preferred
• Demonstrated ability to apply new technologies to specific customer needs

Language Skills:

• Fluent or native in English (Required)
• Proficient in Korean at a business level (Preferred)

Step 1. 지원서 제출

Step 2. 실무진 인터뷰

• 실무 면접은 직무 면접과 컬처핏 면접의 과정으로 진행 됩니다.
• 직무 면접은 현업 팀장이 주관하고 컬처핏 면접은 HR Manager가 주관합니다.
• 직무 면접은 100% 영어 면접으로 진행되며 역량을 판단하기 위한 경험 및 기술과 관련한 질문을 드립니다.
• 인터뷰는 1시간~1시간 30분 내외로 진행 됩니다.
• 인터뷰 중 MOCA에 궁금하신 사항도 편하게 물어보실 수 있습니다.

Step 3. CEO 인터뷰

• 모카의 비전 및 사업방향 등에 대한 내용을 직접 CEO를 통해 듣고 함께 이야기 하는 세션입니다.
• 일정에 따라 One Day로 인터뷰가 진행될 수 있습니다.
• 소요시간은 30분~1시간 내외로 진행합니다.

기타사항

• 입사 후 수습기간 3개월이 적용되며, 급여는 100% 지급됩니다.
