procedures resulting in increased customer satisfaction.
ㆍProvide installation resource services on a project request basis necessary to satisfy the
needs of the customer. Services may include (but not limited to) field surveys, installation
checklists, rollout support services, etc.

Detailed Duties :
In this position, you will manage test equipment for water and deposit. And support sales
team to monitor chemical performance and develop chemical solution with providing test
results. And technically supporting sales team to develop new opportunities. For more
successful accomplishment the role, you are going to have the chance to improve
communication skill and the basic skill of test equipment and own work process model
(CMV model).
The basic role is the below.
ㆍManaging test equipment and reporting after testing such as X-ray Diffraction and
X-ray Florescence, CHNS and Oxygen determination, Filtrating, extracting, and neutralizing,
Titration, Acid/Base Extraction, Simple/Fractional Distillation, gas chromatography,
Liquid chromatography, Total organic carbon, and so on.
ㆍCommunication for Solution development with sales team, marketing team and AP and
global RDE team
ㆍSupporting sales team technically to develop new sales opportunities with providing
insight and test results. |
