Perform the bank reconciliation.

Perform monthly bank recon and quarterly VAT submission

Create AP journal vouchers and payment

Liaise with company secretarial and bankers for company corporate and banking matters respectively eg. Bank Mandate, Facilities

Support VAT Report for Purchase Tax Invoice – Reconcile VAT account book vs. Tax invoice

Perform annual stock and asset count

Cash management

Assist and support the Finance Manager in consolidated reporting, property valuation, treasury and other reporting and functions as required by the management

Manage and assist to implement good internal controls

Perform ad-hoc duties and reporting as assigned by the supervisor and management

Assisting in external and internal audits with data preparation

Be responsible for the timely and accurate declaration and payment of company taxes

Tax return filing and tax authorities’ inspection handling
