*Position summary:

To support the supply chain manager through inventory management for multiple storage location
and detail production planning to meet overall production plan to meet business demand.

*Main Tasks:

Production detail planning

-According to production plan by planner, establish plant production including raw material
consumption and packaging plan.

-Execute the business process in SAP PP module.

-The packaging material management. (PR/GR)

-Establish REWORK plan

-Establish Wide spec. compounding plan by monitoring by-product and off-spec. inventory.

-Arrange the purge block shredding with 3rd party service provider.

-Coordination with LSP(Logistic Service Provider)

Inventory management for FG & RM

-Inventory management for internal storage including RM, FG, in-process materials, REWORK, and waste

-Inventory management for external storage including two external warehouse and toll compounder.

-Establish material moving plan between storage location and monitor import & export status.
