▷Support the Head of Controlling and/or Head of Finance in shaping and executing the performance management cycle, including Rolling Forecast, Latest Estimate, target setting and restatement process. Be the owner and champion for the tools supporting these processes in close collaboration with the regional team and Group controlling teams
▷ Develop and drive a wide range of financial analysis focused on business trends and evaluation of performance, projections and reports. Create transparency in presentations for senior management
▷ Understand the link between business decisions and its financial impact
▷ Understand the company’s business model and break it down for each stakeholder (setting the right targets and KPIs)
▷ Understand and apply the Finance process, while maintaining a strong awareness of the key drivers of the business
▷ Work effectively under pressure to achieve outstanding results within the deliverable timeframe, and with the available resources Reporting and Process Improvement
▷Prepare monthly reports submit data on financial and business results
▷Establish consistent reporting progress and reporting landscape for the market.
▷Ensure timely data and report availability and accurate monthly deployment.
▷Drive standardization automation and progress improvement
▷Contribute to local and global projects to support Finance on the markets long-term strategyEntrepreneurship
▷ Consistently propose innovative ideas for change & improvement
▷ Act as a business partner to demonstrate insight to financial analysis techniques, tools and concepts to provide practical counsel to drive results
▷ Collaborate with different functions to understand the business model and its financial impacts, to support the management in decision making
▷Identify trends & deviations to targets, and challenge stakeholders in what needs to be done

WHAT YOU NEED IS:- ▷ A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with KICPA/AICPA
- ▷ Positive attitude and mindset towards constant change
- ▷ Minimum of 4 years’ experience in finance team and 2 years’ or above experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and financial analysis
- ▷ Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles and processes
- ▷ Excellent communication skills in English & Korean
- ▷ Ability to identify areas of improvement to drive work effectiveness and efficiency, and lead necessary action to completion
- ▷This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and proven leadership skills.
