BP Controller at LVMH Fashion Group Korea

Position: BP Controller
Report: Business Planning and Control Manager 
Years of Experience: ± 3 years
 
Primary Objectives: 
Plan and control the business and financial information pertaining to the activities for CELINE in Korea under the guidance by Business Planning and Control Manager: 
1. Preparation of budget and forecast for Korea 
2. Prepare monthly closing, management reports & the variance analysis vs historical & forecast 
3. Assist in ad hoc analysis 
 
Responsibilities: 

• - Support the Budget preparation sales, margin, Headcount / FTE and expenses, including Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Internal department forecast plan review. 
• - Financial data collection and mining for budgets, forecasts & and variable analysis, including upload & maintenance of data on SYRUS and Anaplan
• - Supports the month end process by analyzing transactional/operational data, identifying anomalies, and managing accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting
• - Supports internal process establishment through collaboration with related departments under the guidance of the Internal Control Manager, including store audit participation
• - Ad hoc reporting and analysis: store opening & renovation, network review, sales return, expense breakdown, etc.
  
  Requirements:
  - Bachelor’s Degree in business – a certification in accounting is a plus 
  - MNC FP&A / Accounting experiences with ± 3 years (Retail industry preferred)
  - Smooth communication 
  - Fluent in English 
  - Must be proficient in Excel and Power Point
