About the role
ㆍResponsible for achieving growth in sales through new
business development and ensuring service excellence to clients
ㆍProvide and structure solutions and help clients improve the
quality and safety of their business performance through the application of
internationally recognized standards
ㆍResponsible for the sales of certification and training
business in DNV Korea
ㆍIn a proactive mode, identify and approach target
prospective customers, generate sales opportunities in line with DNV service
portfolio
ㆍEnsure the proper tagging of sales in the system, the
accuracy of sales quotes as per DNV rules, guidelines, and practices
ㆍSupport the digitalization transformation and initiatives
ㆍDevelop a local network of partners (consultants, channels)
ㆍFollow-up, negotiate, and conclude business contracts to
achieve individual targets
ㆍTake part in local marketing actions (events, tradeshows,
conferences, exhibitions, etc.)
ㆍSustain existing customers’ loyalty, responsible for driving
the recertification/retention of existing clients/customers by managing the
queries or requests to renegotiate terms and conditions to a successful
conclusion of remaining with DNV
ㆍOther tasks assigned by the Sales Manager
ㆍThis position reports to the MSC & Training Sales
Manager and will be part of the Sales Team
About you
ㆍBachelor's degree in relevant stream
ㆍ3 plus years minimum CB working experience
ㆍRelevant years of successful experience in selling B to B
solutions and services are needed (references to be provided)
ㆍStrongly business-oriented, efficient, autonomous, and
accountable, with an entrepreneurship and market developer mindset
ㆍEnthusiastic, dynamic, resilient, open to change, and
flexible
ㆍStrong interpersonal relationship capability, ability to
work both remotely and with a team
ㆍAbility to approach and convince the decision makers by
listening to their expectations, understanding their stakes and goals, offering
adapted /innovative/value-added solutions
ㆍVerbal and written communication skills in Korean and
English
