degree or above, major in marketing, economics or engineering related;
Proficient in spoken, Chinese and written English.
At
least 5 years sales management experience in automotive industry; New energy
Busbar /BDU/PDU/ Wire harness sales management experience is preferred;
Understand
the market dynamics of related industries and technical knowledge of the
company's products;
Good communication, organization and coordination
skills, strong insight, good at dealing with customer relations, strong
execution;

Responsible
for new energy sales in South Korea Market, maintain and promote cooperation
with customers
Responsible
for the preliminary market research work, including competitor information,
customer information, market situation, market positioning, etc., to provide
important information reference for the company's management decision-making;
Responsible
for regular visits to existing and potential customers and maintain good
interaction with each other to promote the development of new projects and new
markets;
Responsible
for regular customer satisfaction survey, timely solve customer complaints,
improve customer satisfaction;
Responsible
for organizing the review of quotation materials;
Responsible
for assisting the new product sales and expense budget decomposition of the
company department, and reviewing the expenses within the budget authorization
Compilations
provide reliable market information for companies' long-term strategic planning;
Review
the price of reduced products and monitor the price reduction range to ensure
the company's interests;
Contract
and billing: contract signing and billing contact, accounts receivable
collection
Assist
in monitoring the withdrawal of customer funds, focusing on monitoring bad
credit customers to ensure the company's interests;
Participate
in the construction of the company's quality system and process system, and
