How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

- Defines, implements and maintains ALK’s health and safety management system by assuring the maintenance and continual improvement of a HSE in accordance with the IMS.

- Establish a yearly HSE plan and follow-up its progress

- Co-ordinate Government Audit for related facilities (MoL, MoE, KEMCO, KOSHA, KGSC, Fire fighting station etc.)

and support the corrective actions follow up

- Identify HSE training needs for employees, defines training objectives according to group and local requirement
and prepare/follow up annual training plans including qualification.(e.g. defensive driving, Cardiopulmonary resuscitation etc.)

- Coordinates audit activities for HSE by organizing external audits, working with corporate team and develop a
check list encompassing the needs of IMS and local regulation. Assist with performing the audits and track the
results for each location.

- Communicate with ALK management & facilities by developing effective communication programs and tools
necessary for emergency response & crisis management.
