The
WW Sales Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) team is responsible for
delivering solutions that support the overall Channel Sales strategy at Apple.
These solutions are typically new technical capabilities and/or business
processes and/or process improvement, which impact the efficiency of Sales
teams.
At
the end of the day, you are responsible for ensuring the Sales teams have the
tools and information needed to achieve their goals. You do this by partnering
cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Operations for operational excellence
in the areas of strategic planning, forecasting, sales compensation and systems
& tools.
[Key Responsibilities]
- Support Change Management Tasks:
• Assist the Geo Change Lead in executing Change Management tasks for various Global Projects.
• Collaborate with the Global team to ensure smooth implementation of changes.
- System/Tool Issue Resolution:
• Attend system/tool-related meetings to represent Geo feedback and concerns.
• Communicate updates and resolutions to Geo stakeholders effectively.
- Stakeholder Communication:
• Share regular updates on system changes and tool updates with Geo stakeholders.
• Ensure clear and timely communication to maintain alignment and engagement.
- Ad Hoc Tasks:
• Perform ad hoc tasks related to Change Management with diligence and attention to detail.
• Respond promptly to unexpected issues or requests that arise during the change process.
- Documentation Management:
• Create, maintain, and manage comprehensive documentation for system updates and changes.
• Ensure all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Training and Support:
• Provide thorough training on new solutions to stakeholders.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure stakeholders are well-informed and capable of utilizing new systems and tools.
[Qualifications]
- Experience: Previous experience in Change Management, project support, or a related field.
- Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support multiple stakeholders.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with system/tools used in project management and change implementation.
- Proactive and Solution-Oriented: Ability to anticipate challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and communication.
- Adaptable: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and tasks.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required
- Preferred:
• Has knowledge of Consumer, Retail sales and experience in Sales operations, partner management

• More than 2~3 years of business operations or leading across diverse teams that balanced between delivering on short-term revenue goals, while seeing around corners to enable future growth in the similar industry.
