Sr. Logistics Specialist

1. Function
- Logistics specialist handles the warehousing, shipping, and receiving operations for a company

2. Mission
- Help in planning and maintaining logistics policies and procedures
- Work with 3PL and monitor the entire process of product movement
- Process orders, maintain records of inventory levels, and monitor products or services
- Ensure that all required import/export declaration permission or other documentation is secured as required
- Resolve problems that are related to transportation and logistics systems
- Negotiate transport or logistics rates with suppliers and customers to improve the supply chain
- Analyze areas of corporate logistics to find out the most cost-effective means or method of transporting supplies
- Evaluate and process claims made by customers
- Manage and monitor the entire process of IVD and Chemical products
- Prepare Supply Chain data and reports

3. Skills
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the healthcare, medical device or IVD industry
- Well experienced in trading and In-depth Knowledge of FTA & Trade compliance (Import, Export)
- Experience in International trade matters, Customs regulations, and Import controls
- Good communication skills on all fronts, as well as excellent interpersonal skills so as to ensure the free flow of the company logistics process
- Ability to work as part of a team whenever it is necessary to do so
- Good analytical skills and ability to prioritize in the face of multiple tasks
- Excellent time management skills so as to ensure efficiency in service delivery at all times
- Ability to be proactive when dealing with customer complaints or requests
- Good numerical and IT skills
- Strong work ethics and independent worker
- Any other professional certification will be of added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Dynamics
- Knowledge of SAGE/SAP ERP is an advantage
- Language: Korean, additional proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is preferred
