 Roles and
Responsibilities		 ㆍIdentifying and pursuing new sales opportunities for
   Rittal’s IT solutions in various sectors
ㆍConducting market research and analysis to understand
   customer needs, industry trends and competitive landscape
ㆍDeveloping and implementing effective sales strategies
   and plans to achieve sales targets and increase market
   share
ㆍBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with
   new and existing customers and partners
ㆍDeveloping and presenting customized IT solutions based
   on customer requirements and Rittal’s product portfolio
ㆍProviding technical support and guidance for Rittal’s
   monitoring systems and other IT products

Education ㆍMechanical/Electronic/Mechatronics/
   Computer-related majors
Work
Experience		 ㆍAt least 5 years of proven experience in IT solution sales
ㆍExperience in selling server rack, power distribution,
   air conditioning, environmental monitoring and
   other IT products
Skill-set &
Knowledge		 ㆍStrong technical knowledge and understanding of
   IT products and solutions, especially Rittal’s monitoring
   systems
ㆍIndustrial field control (PLC, SCADA, etc.), network,
   IoT & monitoring work experience (preferred)
ㆍExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation and
   interpersonal skills
Accountant
(Finance)
 Roles and
Responsibilities		 ㆍResponsible for P2P Process
   - Manage and update complex processes related to
     accounts payable within their responsibility to intergrate
     into the overall accounting processes.
   - Review and process employee, vendor and intercompany
     AP postings and prepare payment list.
   - Manage SAP master data of AP vendor & employees
     including timely creation, block and regular master
     data check.
   - Manage and handle corporate cards. 
   - Report on AP aging status with overdue AP analysis.
ㆍGeneral accounting and business reporting
   - Ensure all employees are aware of FLG guidelines
     regarding AP processes and modify the process if it
     doesn't align with the guidelines.
ㆍTax and Compliance
   - Prepare and review quarterly VAT reconciliation.
   - Support corporate income tax reporting through effective
     communication with external auditors to ensure timely
     reporting and compliance.
ㆍInternal Control Process
   - Implement internal control processes based on FLG
     guidelines for P2P and address any process deficiencies.		 Songdo
Education ㆍUniversity degree or equivalent qualification with
   a strong finance background.
Work
Experience		 ㆍAt least 2 years of work experience in accounting,
   treasury and tax.
ㆍExperience working in multinational corporation.
ㆍExperience in income tax, VAT filing, Corporate Tax returns
   and other statutory matters.
Skill-set &
Knowledge		 ㆍFluent in English (both written & speaking).
ㆍStrong understanding and experience with financial
   accounting principle.
ㆍLogical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
ㆍSAP experience is preferred.

 Roles and
Responsibilities		 ㆍManage and sale maintenance contract
ㆍPreparate spareparts readiness for service.
ㆍEducate the customer on how to use and maintain
   the device.
ㆍPerform maintenance and provide customer support.
ㆍDiagnose problems and come up with solutions to
   repair them
ㆍFill out detailed reports and keep records on services that
   have been performed.
ㆍExplain issues with equipment and repairs to customers.
ㆍBuild and maintain relationships with customers.
ㆍProvide technical support and troubleshooting.		 Songdo
Education ㆍequivalent education backgound in mechanical
   engineering, electrical engineering (preferred)
Work
Experience		 ㆍAt least 5 years work experence as IT related facility
   maintenance or service
   (IT monitoring system, IT cooling solution, etc)
ㆍService coordination experience preferred
Skill-set &
Knowledge		 ㆍAbility to diagnose equipments
ㆍAbility to read blueprints and diagrams
ㆍEnglish skill : Business level
